We spent all day Saturday smoking fish and meat! We used coconut husks as the wood.

We marinated the fish overnight and then put it all on this tray.

We also smoked a brisket and a pork tenderloin.
And we had a huge tray of sashimi!
And, of course, no party would be complete with out the Chugach Band!! I'm hoping this is a clip from "Country Roads" - sorry the visual part isn't so good, but i hope you can hear it. (Susi, this one's for you!!)

What a great party....wish we could have been there. I'll bet everyone enjoyed the taste of the meat done on the smoker.
