hydroponic garden

Much of the herbs and vegetables that are used in the cooking are grown here on the island. Today, I take you on a little tour of the greenhouses. Another day, we will get to the garden.

This is the inside of the hydroponic greenhouse.

No soil! Everything is grown in water.

Beautiful, lush lettuce plants for our daily salads.

This is the other greenhouse. In it, herbs, chili pepper and
bell peppers are grown.

Everything looks so healthy. I'm sure the humidity works wonders.

Beautiful chili's.

  1. Hi Greg/Pam/Louis -

Amazing! So, does everyone pitch in with the gardening? Better keep Greg away from the hot peppers. Do they grow garlic there? - ttk
